My extensive experience in building and community design spans decades, with a focus on designing homes and commercial buildings, planning communities, and developing innovative concepts to address existing issues.

About Me
Through Semester at Sea, I was able to travel around the world and visit cities and villages all over Africa and Asia at just 20 years old. My experiences during the program helped me become a better urban planner. Since then, I have been working in the industry, bringing creativity and a deep understanding of urban and rural issues to each project.
I now leverage over 35 years of experience working with a major international architecture and planning firm on every building and community design project that I undertake. During my decade as director of my company's Tokyo office, I raised my children in Japan. This immersion in the Land of the Rising Sun expanded and intensified my worldview.
